In the motion picture industry, the executive casting director, through The Centaur Casting Agency, in association with Vital Vision Productions, LLC, works with directors and film producers in the casting seat. Ellington's job is to select principal and supporting cast members for feature films, the likes of which her film career, launched in 1993, working alongside award-winning filmmaker Joseph Strickland on his directorial debut, "Dual Mania." Incidentally, Ellington's contributions to film also include her work as a film production assistant and voice-over actress. The Centaur Casting Agency was founded in 1996.
