'The 'Windows' Have Eyes' Genre: Dark

Then The Abyss Would Not Continue
To Lay Hold On My Soul.

The Hellish Abyss -
Dark And Cold.
The Hellish Abyss -
Which Enslaves My Soul.

The Hellish Abyss -
Which Brings Me To Battle
With The 'Shadows' . . .
Which Brings Me To Battle
With The 'Shadows.'

Everyday I Battle With The 'Shadows' . . .

Misery Consumes Me.
Thoughts Of Self-Destruction Feast
On My Inner Being.
There Is No One Who Cares For Me.
Not Even One Seeks To Befriend Me.

So, All Alone, I Groan.
I Groan All Alone,
As I Look Out -
Out From The 'Windows' Of My 'House' -
Through The Tormentedly Torrential Downpour Of 'Rain.'
The 'Rain,' It's Always The Same . . .
A Tormentedly Torrential Downpour Of 'Rain.'

I'm Losing My Battle With The 'Shadows' . . .

Worse Is That I'm 'Awake.'
I Hate To Be 'Awake.'
I Hate To Be 'Awake.'
If I Could Only Fall 'Asleep,'
Then I Would Be Free.
If I Could Only Fall 'Asleep,'
I Would Be Free . . .

Then The Abyss Would Not Continue
To Lay Hold On My Soul.
